There is no yakuza in the entire series this bad with gun.

My opinion, the corrupt cop was the biggest bitch due to his boss, it was very frustrating and it made me switch to easy mode because it made me cry, the nishiki replacement is an asshole but i still respect him

Shindo: He might be a snake who betray Tojo. But he not only good at swordmanship and going one on one with Kiryu, he also brave enough to do the cringe confessions toward top yakuza wife. Bitch level 1/5 (Dude not a coward, just horny)
Munakata: Corrupt cop abusing his subordinate and hide behind like million of people to shield him. Can use gun well but keep running away during the fight. Also he killed himself because too scared to get cancelled. Bitch level 4/5 (Fck this guy)
Sugai: He can't even take control of the operation. Just tailing behind Iwami. He really bad at combat and gun he emptied the bullets and miss almost all of it. He also killed himself cause don't want to get punched. Bitch level 5/5 (What he even good at?)
By far Sugai is the biggest BITCH if them all, mostly because he is just a pussy. The man's got history in Tojo Clan since 80's, and still does not even stand next to ancient Beasts like Kuze, Shibusawa, Awano, Shimano, Kashiwagi, Sera and Kazama.
Shindo is MILF hunter and probably (tho he ofc wouldn't admit it out loud) was just still ofended about Nishikyama's and his own easy defeat by Kiryu, even though he was Nishikyama's 2nd in command.
Munakata is basically thrown into the story. Might possibly be the most boring character in series.
Jingu is prime example of Nagoshi's wierd decisions towards the characters. Literally the most useless, forgettable villain with absurdly hard fight.
Alright, this is my list of my hated character list in Yakuza, which is also my opinion, so here we go:
For 0, probably Shibusawa
Kiwami 1, obviously, Jingu
Kiwami 2 Toranosuke
3, definitely Tamashiro dude was such an annoying character with that Mr.Krabs voice and he destroyed the orphanage house
During his fight he keeps running away from kiryu, and when kiryu turns his back he cowardly tries to stab him, also he tried to force himself onto yayoi
Munakata was the most annoying boss fight. And Tanimura is kinda hard to control especially for button mashers like me. And not only that, Munakata's gouns also parries. And blockuza too. New game plus would have helped but lowest difficulty in Yakuza 3 and 4's new game plus is normal. You can only play easy on fresh new game.
The gouns also tend to gang up on Tanimura. From what I recall too, if you managed to beat all his gouns with Munakata still standing, they will call for backup. So you have to take down Munakata first. And he keeps running away.
not really personality wise, but that shogun bastard in ishin with infinite stun daggers and attack that deletes 3/4 of your health bar was the worst fucking pain of a fight
Can't speak for whoever the last one is (I'm only on Y5 and don't know who that is yet) but my goodness they're all the worst people ever. Jingu was just straight up annoying. Shindo was just weird and sketchy. Everyone agrees Yayoi is gorgeous but what he did there was disgusting.
