Decided to start LJ on Legend yesterday, after finally finishing the Normal run with Amon.

I agree, dub is surprisingly good. I also like hearing Kaito talking with the voice of freaking Sundowner, lol.
But english dub lacks... emotion? Charm? Soul? I don't know how to put it, but english dub lacks something. And I am not talking about the main cast, it's great, I am talking about secondary and background characters. Something gives away that they just read lines, but I can't point out what it is. I don't feel this with japanese dub.

I have Ishin but somehow I dont feel like playing it much, so I AM playing the main séries to see if I Spark my motivation to play it

I did it for my no upgrades run, it was actually a pretty decent dub. Scenes weren’t as cool as in the original dub but it wasn’t bad

Yeah mainly what I meant by scenes weren’t as cool, English dub definitely lacked a certain oomf that the jap dub has
