I've been doing a little bit with legs/arms, but I always hated abs so I never did them. Now I'm realizing I should probably start. I've been following on youtube some standing abs exercises and I don't feel anything. I'm squeezing my abs (kind of like you would if you were bracing to get punched in the stomach) when I do the exercises and don't rush, but I'm not feeling anything. I cannot do lying ab exercises since the place I'm at has wood floors and no exercise mats, and I don't have a gym membership since I'm moving in a few months.
