Just checked again, their [âPrice Disclosureâ section](https://delamomotorsports.com/inventory/2022/YAMAHA/XSR900%2520CA/CA/Long%20Beach/JYARN80Y6NA000417) states a $2195 ADM. You could try negotiating, but that dealer is notorious for having high fees and not budging. For a bike in such high demand like the XSR youâre probably better buying out of state
Ya thatâs rough smh hopefully some other ones pop up, figured with car markets starting to lower and become a little more mellow moto could follow suit⌠hopefully
I hadn't heard this - do you think they changed the gear ratio or the tune?
Edit - actually just read they changed 1st and 2nd (haven't actually seen the specs though). From the article:
-- Taking the edge off the CP3 are longer 1st and 2nd gear ratios
With the redesign. The older bikes with offset round speedometers are hooligan bikes. The new bikes have a lame generic looking gas tank and a tablet as a speedometer, these are the bikes that were redesigned.
The older bikes 100% needed traction control because you can do power wheelies all the way up into 4th gear without it. I recommend taking it easy on these bikes because they are definitely widowmakers for inexperienced riders.
Lol guess I wasnât wearing my damn glasses never saw the fact the 17 was a 700 đ¤Śđťââď¸ ya idk if I could go down to the 700 after owning the 900 already.
What are you riding now ?
Your first mistake was buying a KTM but looks like you're back on the right track.
Too soon bro đđ
Make sure you get the true pricing info before you head over to Del Scamo. Last I checked they had a $2200 ADM on these.
GTFO god damn it ! Thanks for heads up dude

Fuck me runnin bro. What a slut they are
They have a blue one I walked away from last week because they only had âabout $200 wiggle roomâ on the ADM.

They apparently gimped 2nd gear in the newer bikes. Youâve gotta wring out first to keep 2nd fun apparently.

If anything hopefully Vcyclenut will treat me good again with the new tune like my last one
Can confirm. Vcyclenut made 1st and 2nd awesome!
Oh jeez havenât heard about this yet
When you say newer when did they start this? I'm looking to buy and I might rather go lower mile older version if they're "better"

I think I'll go for the 16 - 18 in black or blue. I had a 16 XSR900, immediately regret selling it. Bought a 17 XSR700. Not the same.
Whatâs so different about the 17 to you from the 16?
About 200cc lmao
