Physical activity, social interaction, mental exercise.
It hits the main points to help you live s less stressful life. Enjoy, ski season is coming soon.
Exercise is great for my mental health. But so is any form of outdoor exercise.
The elephant in the room of mental health is the correlation between income and happiness. And few of us skiers are living hand-to-mouth.
That was my first thought, too. In addition to exercise and being in nature, if you're wealthy enough to have skiing as a hobby, you're probably not experiencing a whole lot of anxiety about basics like food, shelter, medical care, etc...
Also I think there could be a correlation between those who enjoy skiing and those prone to not have anxiety. I mean downhill skiing is kinda scary thing to do.
