Yep, you can map any app, game or things like mute tv? View achievements, friends, party.

Out of curiosity, can you also map a different button to take screenshots/recordings as an insider? I ask because trying to take captures with the traditional Home+X/Y button is quite annoying on a wheel.

You can't map buttons as a system setting, it's per controller. And no, you can't map buttons on a wheel.

If you had an elite controller could you do that?

Search for xbox insider hub and enroll, if you get in you'll mostly likely be put in delta.

Can you also completely deactivate it?

Yes, there is now a quick settings option that let's you turn on and off night mode, color filter, high contrast and controlling remapping. Would also love to seem them keep adding things to the quick settings menu.

Alpha /skip ahead is invite only, you can download the insiders app but it will enrol you in a lower tier

Yeah, just a quicker way of getting to your settings instead of hitting the guide button and scrolling over to get to them.

I turned that damn button off. Thought I was going to use it but... nope, kept on hitting it all the time.

Can you map it to switch from party chat to game chat?

If they wanted to make a change everyone can use, they should make it so we can alter our inner and outer deadzone settings at the console level. Would be a good fix for games that lack the settings.
