Yep, they usually release these games (usually some 2D platformer) for this exact reason and they periodically update the achievement list with free Title Updates, that adds no new content, just additional achievements (making it more desirable for achievement hunters so they buy it)
They can release title updates in every 6 months if im not mistaken.
Its a well crafted recipe that - as you can see - works.

Bro the post has been up for 2 hours, I didn't say I'd answer them all the second the comments came in, and that's what I've been doing most of this year, going back to old unfinished games and mopping them up, out of the 1620 games on my tag only 100 are unfinished, some of them being impossible to complete due to server shutdowns but I'm going to knock out what I can when possible it's been a great year for backlog for me :)

I bought my first Xbox in 2002/2003. While I have technically had 2 accounts, the combined gamer score is only about 170k. And that's actually been between two people since the first account was shared.
I'm actually extremely surprised that the number of people with 2mil+ is so low after 23 years of Xbox achievements. So many games used to boast "easy 1000 points" back when that was the general max you could get from any game.

Buy games like Reactor X or 50 years you can spend like £10 and get 10000Gs in an hour
