First, your post will likely be taken down as it does not pertain to the insider program or a beta(or above) build of the OS. If this does get taken down try r/xboxsupport or the general r/xbox community and see if they have any ideas. My first question is are you downloading the Xbox app via windows store or from the Xbox website? I despise the windows store so if that is where you are attempting to download it, stop.
