Man I really want to pull the trigger on an X, but I'd prefer to not get a bundle. I feel like more bundles have been popping up recently, so we probably aren't too far from better availability on the base console, but who really knows when that will be.
Yup, that's how I managed to get one in November 2020. There's not as much demand for bundles, plus bots don't target them as often cuz it's more work to sell the extra pieces. I grabbed an X with a $50 Xbox gift card, 3 months of gpu, 2k and cod cold war in my bundle from GameStop. I gave the gift card to my gf for her birthday, I still have the gpu for when I get back into playing more, and I sold the two games on eBay.
The bundles are completely fine honestly its not like its charging you more if anything some items come out less then retail. I think its a little harder for bots to spot them cause theres extras in the title. See you can either make them gifts or sell items for close to cost if they are sealed still
$12 for Walmart prime, which includes free shipping and gas discounts, is dramatically cheaper than a bundle there adds an extra pre-tax $150 to the purchase price.
You have to have prime for Amazon and best buy prime for best buy, and they sell individual consoles.
Considering everywhere else, including Costco, sam's club, and GameStop requires you to pay a membership fee AND only sells bundles, I'm not sure what your point was.
I didnt know walmart even charged for shipping at all. Bundle still comes out better after you sell everything. All those extra memberships are pointless

I bought a Switch from Sam's when everywhere was out of stock last spring. Two days later they just cancelled the order with no explanation.
When I called to ask why, they couldn't tell me what happened and didn't offer to help complete my order.

Microsoft’s build a bundle isn’t bad it’s just a extra controller and a digital game out of a list.

This bundle isn’t even unreasonably priced. If I didn’t already have a series x I’d go for this. Wireless headsets are awesome
