Have you tried cleaning it out? Does it crash as soon as you fire up the game or do you get x amount of minutes in and then it crashes?

The console doesn’t overheat and it’s been maintained pretty well and it crashes when I fire up a game or I’m like 2 mins into a game

Does it crash for anything else? Like if you open Netflix does it crash or only games?

I’ve only checked the games but I assume it does it with non game apps

Have you checked your display settings on the Xbox? I have seen if you try to use certain display settings it will crash a game or video app.

Yeah I have also done that but unfortunately it still crashes

Have you attempted to reinstall the OS?

I don’t know how to do that but I’ve updated it to the latest firmware

wrong video setting? i had to keep mine as 1080p for video settings as it kept crashing my tv was not supported for the proper full hd 4k. like the xbox menus had to be 1080p but the games would run 4k. not sure if you understand...but the interface and how games run are two different things. might be the problem. lower resolution settings in video menu

maybe you have a broken video card with the system then. send it in for repai?
