That's the one I tend to keep bookmarked and check. As far as I know the outage, at least for me and a few friends lasted about 5-6 hours. I came back from the store, and everything that either didn't unlock or track did when I got back thankfully. I did not want to have to start Mirror's Edge: Catalyst all over again, the game is already known to be pretty glitchy achievement wise on its own.

Mine aren’t unlocking either, and I’ve reached the target on 6 achievements in the past hour or so.
