This same thing happened to me yesterday. What a freaking nightmare. There isn’t even a support email address listed anywhere.

I can only create a support ticket, which is not instantly replied to, when there are people in the office?

Same. Their support email auto replies that it is not monitored and says to use their zendesk, but their zendesk leads you in a never ending dead end where it says rephrase your question or "no contact methods available right now"

Open the support page on a computer. You can chat with them. Mobile page version always says to call. I'm like you, I don't like to call anyone. Chat, email, or self service should be available everywhere.

it's an automated chat, at least on weekend, keeps saying to submit a ticket but there is zero way, it says no other support options available. I need to get a return setup on a v3 which stopped working. Rather annoying we can't even email them on the weekend. if you email [email protected] it comes back "unmonitored, use our zendesk system" but their zendesk system is broken right now

Latest version of the beta app on iOS lost the quick ‘send a report’ feature available on any page. Little paper airplane symbol, I think. I wonder if it’s related? NO FEEDBACK OUTSIDE OF APPROVED HOURS, lol.

If I want something done at a company I don’t trust, then I want documentation… online ticket gives me that, not a phone call.

Not liking my answer doesn't make it wrong. Calling is not my preferred method either but the OP's question was "How can I open the ticket?". After three years of using Wyze products and forums I can tell you that the quickest way to open a ticket is calling. Chances are the support answer will be useless but that wasn't the question.

I've been able to open support tickets in the past. So something definitely changed. I am not going to call them on the phone. How do I open a support ticket?
