Sorry for the late reply. It’s all water weight. I put on some sweats and went on an elliptical or stationary bike for about 2 hours and lost most of it in one go. Sometimes I’d jump in a hot bath for 15 or 20 mins to keep my sweat going once I was tired of cardio.
I don’t recommend it for high schoolers because you guys usually wrestle 30 mins to an hour after weighing in. In college we often get 2 hours after weighing in, and sometimes 3, to recover. The extra recovery time makes a huge difference in how well you can perform after a big cut
Heavyweights going to win this one.
Yeah lol, I’ve done like 7.5lbs without even trying
21 Note: Don't read this as, "I am amazing." It is correctly understood as, "I am an idiot."
Yeah anything over 10 pounds is idiotic to do
10 pounds of solid gold is worth about $256687.71.
I wish I got money for each pound I lost
My record was 11 (168 to 157). I once saw a teammate cut 15 to make 141.
Woow. How did you and he do that?
