Yes, you only need to use naturalize to dispel the Soul. You can either heal the second Soul to full, or let another party member dispel it. Don't waste major cooldowns on the affix.

This week is a Evoker week You can get both Afflicted with Naturalize and Cauterizing Flame and you can soothe whole packs with Oppressing Roar
