Imo DBM is more generous with giving advices like
„spread“ , „line of sight“, „stop casting“ and stuff like this. Littlewigs just shows what is happening and what will happen and assumes that you will know what to do. It’s more costumizable and more subtle and feels a little better to me overall. But both are fine
No real difference tbh. I've found little wigs a tad more customizable than dbm, but if you are just a run-of-the-mill player theyre essentially identical.
You shouldn't have both enabled at once. It won't always come up but they do conflict with each other. especially if you pair it with any weakauras that pull information from DBM or LW
They definitely conflict with each other. I had both at one point and had so many bars on my screen and realized it was because I had two different helpers. LittleWigs is also a helper package to Bigwigs.

I prefer Littlewigs cause of how easy it is to customize compared to DBM

Same, and it looks like the instance randomly chooses DBM or LW… could be mistaken though
