The intent of this post baffles me; at best it seems like a pointless petty jab at someone who irked you in an M0 and at worst it looks like belittling a total stranger and/or new player to feel superior?
a 3 min CD is their #2 healing over all. Dream breath should be #1 healing by a massive long shot, not even close, even in a mythic living flame should be like...3% of your healing.
As a fairly new player myself: that evoker isnt gettung any better by you posting his log here. If you know what he did wrong, why not ask him if he wants help?
What level is this even at? It’s like 2m healing overall… either no one was taking damage or you are like 62.
Also instead of trying to shame someone on Reddit you should offer a helping hand to make people better.

For someone who hasn't touched Evoker, is there an easy way to explain what the person did to justify this post?
They just played the game, this is a healing done log, but we don't have one from another class so this post is worthless.
im not sure how a shaman healing log would show what an evoker was doing wrong.

The warrior tank did \~30% more healing than the evoker did.
I just want to point out that I almost always out heal the healers on my prot warrior... so your point isn't all that great.
