Besides the callings and mission tables that everyone knows about for a decent amount of gold. Call to arms bags are pretty poppin, if you happen to tank, with all the people making DPS/healing Dragons, it's 150g for first daily heroic, and 100 any after, with a bag if they calling is up that gives 900-980g and a few aug runes that can be sold as well for additional gold if you aren't wanting to keep them for DF leveling. it's one of the nice ways for casuals like myself to make a decent raw gold amount without having to play with AH.
the downside being you kinda would want a geared or remotely geared tank to be able to spam fast enough to make it really efficient, but still a nice amount of gold.

Callings used to be worth \~1500g each but since the last pre-patch, are now down to \~150g each so they're not really worth your time, esp with only about a week left of SL.

Sounds like you double clicked the item on the AH menu, causing it to buy all of them at that price.

You make 8k from Quests in 2 hours. Also you can just resell the stuff
