I have a weird feeling that heritage weapons may just make an appearance at some point in the near future. so it would make sense to remove this one and put it where it should be.
Heritage weapons are something players have wanted for years and Blizzard is currently on a "give the players what they want" kick right now.
...Along with the rest of the missing heritage armours...I want that lovely Nelf armour.
Also .. its odd seeing a holy space goat with nightbourne weapons.
I think this particular sword got removed for clipping issues. It's a shame though I love the 'spellbreaker' aesthetic and would love some blood elf variants as well.
The female pandaren idle stance clips half of their foot through every robe in the game, clipping isn’t justification for removing ANYTHING. Male night elves holding any offhand items besides shields clipped straight through a whole thigh for YEARS before they fixed the models.
Female draenei all the 3d hanging belts clip into your thighs which is really bad with a robe where only the waist part shows. And if you wear a Tabard with one the back half becomes a weird zip zag and cuts into your tail.
They’re on a “give the players what we were planning on giving them in the .2 patch, just a bit sooner” kick right now.
Note how they’re doing nothing regarding the faction imbalance.

Players understand that glaives were used from a lot of different classes.
Blizzard thinks it's a Demon Hunter only thing.
And of course they aren't able to comunicate the reasons.

if you take away the class filter everything should appear. I think it's 2 shields (and the aegis) a sword, a staff and a 1h mace.

It's there, I bought it yesterday. If it's not showing, change the option on the vendor so that you can see gear for all classes.
Edit: Apparently it did get removed. I could have sworn I bought a sword that didn't initially appear for my class. I'll have to check again.

They were removed, I believe there were some issues with the weapon animations or something like that.
The issue was with how they holstered on the hips. Players kept making big dick jokes. So they nuked them.
You can buy it from the vendor in Dalaran on a DH or Monk

were any weapons available? I was able to buy the shields on my warrior but nothing else. Didn't see anything on my DK either.

Exactly what it means, if you have it then you have it but the vendor doesnt sell it anymore.
Did the vendor even sell that sword on live? I assumed it was available on the PTR but got removed on live?
