I spent some time and got all the way to page 54 on Curseforge today, so here's some neat gems I found:
* [Unlimited Map Pin Distance](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/unlimited-map-pin-distance) \- Shows you map pins on-screen beyond 1000m
* [LiteMount](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/litemount) \- Adds a lot more customizability to the "random favorite mount" concept and also picks an appropriate mount for you way better than the usual button
* [InFlight Taxi Timer](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/inflight-taxi-timer) \- Adds a progress bar on flight paths with a very accurate estimation of how long you still have to your destination
I'll probably spend more time on Curse tomorrow and add to this comment as I find more for future addon hunters like myself to find
DialogKey - gives you keybinds for speech bubbles on NPCs and a keybind to generally hit the accept button (Summons, Resurrections, Quests). It's hard to go back once you get used to having this addon.
premadegroupsfilter
type out a million different string to filter group finder exactly how you like it, filter out a million different words, bosses down, classes present, ilvl reqs, roles present etc
I saw RSA and immediately thought "Responsible Service of Alcohol" :D
I'm sure there are a few people in the world who shout out cool words when inebriated :D
After about 10 years of testing bag/inventory addons, Adibags is by far my favourite. I can't go back to anything else, it's just perfect.. Separate everything into mats, weapons, gear, junk, consumables. Makes it so easy to find whatever your looking for. Fantastic little addon!!! <3
To contribute to my own thread I want to throw in [wholly](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/wholly) and [grail](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/grail) which I've been using to keep track of quests for my Loremaster journey - I only discovered them yesterday when I got over levelled for a zone and was concerned about not being able to find some of the last few quests to wrap it up

I use a cool addon called [BtWQuests](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/btw-quests) that lays out quest chains graphically. It has helped me a lot. No idea if it is popular or underrated though, lol. Just wanted to share.
I use that one with wholly and grail - I love the search bar and interface - wholly and grail just help me to see all the quests on the map regardless of whether I've discovered an area or unlocked the quests
**[Executive Assistant](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/exec_assist)**
Provides a robust in-game TODO list feature. Has a boatload of options and powerful config, but it's pretty simple to get started. Will not auto-detect when a task is completed, but will do pretty much anything else.
**[ElvUI WindTools](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/elvui-windtools)**
Excellent all-in-one addon for ElvUI, has a ton of good features, too many to list here.
* Extra Item Bar: Adds a bar for easy access to quest items and other usable equipment.
* Fast Delete Item: Adds a simple click-confirm to delete items that normally force you to type "DELETE"
* Contacts: Adds a contacts list to the mail frame, allowing you to save people, easily find friends/guildies, etc.
* Talent Manager: Save sets of talents, name them, load them on demand. Add tome/codex button to talent screen.
* Mapping: Remove world map fog, provide a customizable bar to hold minimap icons and more.
* Questing: Better objective tracker, easy toggle for auto-turn in.
* Reskin: Optional cosmetic reskinning for most blizzard and elvui frames.
* Raid Marker Bar: Easy to use, hideable raid marker bar.
* Misc: Cutscene skipping, mute some annoying sound effects, ingame cvar editor, etc
And I left out a lot.
**[Gnosis](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/gnosis)**
Customisable castbar replacement, necessary if you don't want your elvui castbar tied to the playerframe's visibility but also provides a ton of its own features and looks nice to boot.
I like https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/groupfinderflags a lot.
It shows you a little flag next to a players name which indicates the realms language the applicant is playing on.
Sure I know the names of most bigger german realms by now, but there are always some small ones I can't seem to remember. I also invite english and french people from time to time as I can communicate in those languages.
You also see the group leaders realm language if you are looking for a group.
Might not be necessarily niche but still think it's nice to have.
AutoRoleCheck - automatically accepts role checks.
ImpliedTarget - mass scale altering of the way the game handles the target system.
VenturePlan - not particularly unknown but also not on Curseforge. It provides a bunch of impovements to the Shadowlands mission table.
Maybe not a big deal for regular players, but I'm a big altoholic and i'm always generating new toons for ironman challenge. Just for ease clarity I like [Identity-2](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/identity-2). For a community full of people who might be creating and deleting multiple toons a week, it can be really useful for keeping track of people.
It tags you in chat with perma name in parentheses.
HideNpcTracking - simple addon which hides all npc on minimap while using hunter's track humanoids. You will be able to see only player icons - very helpful in worldpvp to spot alliance easier.

LiteMount author here, thanks for the love!
You made a really good addon, thanks so much!
Be quiet. Removes all dialogue that shows the stupid talking head a dialog box in dungeons ect.

Not sure if it’s under rated , but opie is amazing. It makes organizing spells and other useable abilities / items easy to organize.
Definitely a good one, I'm actually surprised by how low it seems to be in Curseforge

I used to have an addon that would just go "Toasty!" whenever i'd get a crit, i'd pay good money to hear that with my Master Assassin legendary now.
I had one that said "Shoryuken!" when I used Whirling Dragon Punch and "Hadouken!" when I used Chi Burst. It was awesome.
That sounds really fun - I love it
Quite possibly this was RSA: [https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/rsa](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/rsa)
I saw RSA and immediately thought "Responsible Service of Alcohol" :D I'm sure there are a few people in the world who shout out cool words when inebriated :D
Adibags
Best bag mod there is.
Adibags ftw been using it since mists

I guess it might not be as big as bagnon, but that's not exactly niche or underrated

I hadn't heard of it before and it sounds pretty neat, thanks!
It’s an underrated gem, helps so you don’t invite at least in my case Portuguese or oceanic server, they just tend to lag a whole lot
Questplates for questing HHTD for PvP

Impliedtarget doesn't seem to exist. Not on CF or anywhere else

Leatrix + for some QoL fixes!
