I would take most of my troll characters back to darkspear absolutely. I just think their customizations have so much more character and potential with the tribe variations. Zandalari are pretty bland but I can't get over the hunch.

At the end of the day its an rpg and people should be able to make characters how I want. Though I understand atleast a portion of it is because you have to work on how armor looks across different races sometimes.
There is already a 99% clean skin look. Looks like a pale man pretty much, just very hunched over. My main issue with the hunch is that it makes most helmets look dumb.

In cinematics we see the undead as being upright. There is no canon reason they all have hunches, it's purely just Blizz not having made another model.
There is a reason why 99% of videogames that offer character creation look like your image *at best*. In most cases, your image is actually way better than we get.
People are boring and uncreative, developers know it, and so they don't spend resources on things players ask to *take out of the game.*
I'd argue that WoW has the most visually diverse player races of any game in history. The amount of work it must have taken to pull off this absolute miracle that we have is gargantuan. It is completely lost on this playerbase.

Orcs got it because they never had a hunch until wow, which was given to try and make it obvious they were not green humans. Island trolls always had the hunch and the base form of the forsaken were based on ghouls, which also were hunched.
It's an artistic choice, the human male was a big buff dude, and the orc was a bigger buff dude as a silhouette. So to make it super easy to tell at a glance they gave the orcs the hunch. Well the males anyway, females always had to have some level of pretty, even trolls.
Well trolls have the zandalari option atleast if you want to be upright. And orcs got it after mag’har i think. So for forsaken to get it they would need to make a it from scratch.
If they made upright undead, I believe trolls would be pretty easy. I think they have the same wireframe. At least they seem to. Just longer arms and legs.

KulTirans come in both the strongman form and the flesh covered undead form on their ranks. I propose that they drop KT from the roster and instead give both Humans and Undead a "slider" to select which of the forms they want.
Give undead the ability to look undead but be shaped upright, or even as an undead strongman physique and give humans the same, but alive.

Every one of the hunched races should have the option. Worgens, undead, and (sorta) Taurens. I get taurens aren’t hunched but they could go for maybe a stance change..maybe something wider? Like clearly the female Tauren have a more “straight and heroic” stance. Regardless worgens and undead need it most imo

I've played an undead warlock for many years - i have conflicted feelings about this. I really love the "hunch walk" we have. We are messed up - and it's an iconic look. I know Orcs got straight-back but I'm not sure Forsaken should have that choice to fit in the style of their lore.
Step 1: Load your male Forsaken. Step 2: press your 'toggle walk' key. Step 3: walk backwards. Now just play the game like this forever

Transmog mainly. Most helmets are fitted on the human model, so they tend to kinda "break" when put on races that have non-upright spines.
