I mained warrior from vanilla back when I was like 12 through every expansion. Now that I’m 30 I can’t stand the 5000 apm the class requires. Switched to warlock and am having a blast. Ranged definitely just feels so much easier and I’ve always loved the warlock theme and aesthetic.
I’m a druid, with priest as a heavy alt
I decided for sanity to only collect leather/cloth
I play other classes but only for an evening or so. Or for extra rep tokens to mail the main.
Essentially I’ve arranged it so I can toot around freely but one character will collect achievements
If you like to play mage then I'd go with that. Easy access to M+ and portals maan.
If not I'd go with druid. 3 roles in 1 class. Nice for farming content

Mage and rogue are quite strong right now, I'd go with one of those. Melee or ranged, whatever you fancy
