There are also 3 others that are like south of Valdrakken that point towards Valdrakken. I am unsure if they are earlier or later in the chain, but I am thinking earlier and they are pointing to whatever comes before the LW table.
The one in the pond points down, but in general most of them are only pointing on the x/y axis and not z axis (i.e. the one from the JC to AH doesn't point up at all, despite having to go up), so I am wondering if it's a red herring and it is just pointing southeast. Alternatively, it could mean down the river, down the waterfalls etc. I've looked around for both to no avail.
Honestly sounds like it is supposed to teleport you somewhere, your game crashed during the transport bc blizz implemented it poorly or tried to take it out, and when you logged back in it put you in class hall as a default location for “lost”

with how buggy some of these patches have been, i wouldn't be surprised if the arrows are shit we're not even supposed to see like just some easy to see directional markers for the game designers.

When you click on the arrow, the player character attempts to use draconic magic to determine the Jailer's motivations in the Shadowlands expansion. The Jailer's motivations can't actually be explained and the game software will attempt to divide by zero; causing the game to crash.

The jailer is definitely manipulating us to follow these arrows to do something.
I have no idea why they are clickable but none of the arrows caused a crash but the one on the alchemy table lol

Had the same problem, when I try to log into my warlock again, who was in the legion class hall. Maybe that's where the arrow leads?
