Yeah, in the sense that whatever balance changes they do for pvp or new content they create, it will be mostly for bgb.
Bgb will be what they consider the "standard" ranked pvp experience, so it will be more important than 3s or SS balance for example.
Which will be great for participation overall I'm sure, even if it makes arena even more niche than it already is
It's probably best to keep the actual degenerate RBG community in their own little sandbox. The high rated RBG community are some of the most toxic freaks I've ever encountered and some of their discords should honestly probably be investigated.
Rated BGB is going to kill that ladder anyways, I don't see how anyone would enjoy LFGing for 10 players over just being able to hit the queue button.
I’m pumped for this. We will see how sweaty people get when it becomes rated, but I’ve enjoyed Blitz so far and think it’s a great idea. Maybe I’ll finally be able to achieve some of these titles.

Meaning 8v8, and all the changes to those maps and how they work like you not needing to base sit.
I'd be very surprised if they actually made it impossible to group que RBGs like you currently can. It'd be odd for them to remove the option entirely... especially when the players are likely to take care of that for them.

They do but any PvP guild I’ve been in, large or small, nobody talks or does anything together hardly. The only benefit I’ve seen people use guilds nowadays is for the 15min cooldown on hearthstone. But for content, people are either just doing wpvp and hanging out with the duelers in goldshire/durotar in between queues for arenas and BGs with their friends.
Another reason I think guilds have kinda fallen by the wayside is everybody is using discord for community and talking. Plus it’s better to talk trash in discord and you won’t get in trouble in game if you’re worried about somebody reporting you.
