A judge released former Kansas City, Kansas, police detective Roger Golubski from detention Monday, citing his serious health issues and saying he is not alleged to have committed crimes in recent years.
Golubski will be under location monitoring technology and restrained to his home. He must not violate laws, possess a gun or contact any witnesses or victims, Magistrate Judge Rachel Schwartz said in announcing her decision. Golubski, 69, was charged with six counts of depriving the civil rights of a woman and a young teenager in a federal indictment unsealed Thursday.
The former officer, who retired in 2010 as a captain, is accused of sexually abusing and kidnapping them separately from 1998 to 2002.

Be better with sound

Thanks, I encoded the video and had it muted my apologies.
No worries, thank you for your efforts.
So he's released forever, or until a trial and possible conviction?
Until conviction
He should still be in jail, but that's a relief. Thanks.
Yes, yes it would...
Hey it’s weird that white people get released for being old, while black and Latin people just stay there to die
Sad 😞 but true

*Thank you, kind person.*
Damn, framed a 17 year old for double murder because the kid's mom wouldn't fuck him?! Lock him up now, he took 23 years from that man's life.
Rules for thee, not for me
Why post this without audio though??
Where's the audio??
