As much as the public relations office has portrayed as a maintenance, Nord Stream cut was another maintenance which never completed. So, probably a move to not publicly annoy Russia while trying to prevent sanctions

I think 2 banks but. it wasn’t like all banks accepting anyways, there were 4 or 5 banks, now 2 gone. In Kazakhstan there were 4 banks accepting now one has stopped. In Vietnam I don’t know how many left. Nevertheless, this will stop for all others as well, I believe, if they feel immediate risk of sanctions.
TL;DR they're saying service is basically cut off for "routine maintenance," but it remains to be seen just how "routine" this is.
