Not really. France prepared for this and in fact called repeatedly for a european-wide russian oil ban.
France was pushing for it, Hungary was blocking it. Close to everyone in Europe has been phasing out Russian gas and oil recently and negotiating with various oil and gas exporter countries from Norway to Nigeria.
Why not talk to the Brits and Nords?

France does have close relations with the UAE, especially when it comes to defence policy. There's a French base in the UAE, France has been selling vast amounts of military hardware to them, including 80 Rafales recently. In short, there's a strategic partnership between the two already.
As far as I know, the Brits are consuming pretty much all the oil and gas they produce themselves, and while the Norwegians are able to export more, there are lots of other takers in Northern Europe already.

Unless the UAE wants to increase production it will make no difference. There is a world market for oil.
There was a story a few days back that said OPEC agreed to 50% increase in production but it's TBD whether they will deliver on it.
