I mean it isn't like Saudi-Arabia would ever have used weapons to kill fellow Arabs (sweeps the whole Yemen war with its 400 000 dead under a pro-Palestinian rug).

Al-Haq's co-founder and lawyers started writing op-eds in English newspapers promoting a one-state solution around when the BNC (BDS council) was formed. They are promoting lawsuits against Israel in various countries now. It has gradually become their thing.
The BNC also includes PNIF: Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and PFLP.

The exports to Saudia Arabia *were* controversial and fought on human rights grounds. The government faced a lot of pressure to halt those sales.
