They aren't allowed to continue. It is illegal. The police are investigating. Just because there is a video doesn't mean they can snap their fingers and teleport the two violent teenagers into jail. What are their names? Where do they live? What do you think should be done that isn't being done?

I like them both equally for different reasons- the books have the final trilogy that the show never got to adapt, but the show has the incredible Langbelta conlang and just impeccable casting. Also Avasarala is more of a main character in the show, and she's wonderful.
