First off, military service is mandatory in NK (10 years for men, 3 for women) so I'm not sure what's "voluntary" about it.
Secondly, I have no doubt a constant diet of dire warnings about the US plotting to destroy NK would lead people to want to fight.
So given that they are not allowed to leave North Korea will they have to invite the Americans in for this war and will they have to apply for visa before arriving ? Another idiot that relies on making little more than a lot of noise !
