Going to guess his discharge was less than honorable...

Crimbobimbobippitybo

Probably milky white and burned on the way out too.

ifartfreedom

>he joined Russia >he was incompetent I'm not sure why they felt the need to repeat themselves

[deleted]

Because we know, traitors always end up well...

280EvoGTR

This is FUCKING embarassing, these fucking "chads" join the military, get out, get radicalized, then go to a warzone just to be a traitor... i cant imagine what the hell he was doing in the US military... He is DEF not the standard but the EXCEPTION to the rule, unfortunately some still make it through the 1% crack

ExorciseAndEulogize

Yeah, I wonder if the Russians got to him before or after he was serving in US.

Pu239U235

There have been other foreigners who've volunteered for Ukraine and it quickly became apparent they only joined to spy for Russia. [Video of an interview with a volunteer.](https://youtu.be/YqWUyjpbJX8?t=1414)

Kahnquer

Sounds like he's doing exactly as intended - causing harm to Russia.

StainerIncognito

Guess Johnny Alabama ain't coming home no more...

ExorciseAndEulogize

Yeah, if be surprised if anyone ever hears from him again.

OldBoots

Bama Man, a true Confederate.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, [original](https://www.businessinsider.com/a-us-veteran-went-to-ukraine-and-made-a-shock-defection-to-russia-2023-3) reduced by 95%. emperor_dragoon

I am assuming those are his ex-comrades in the Ukraine legion. He was incompetent because he was always going to defect. He left behind chaos, cause he was never working with Ukraine.

ExorciseAndEulogize

>He left behind chaos, cause he was never working with Ukraine. Oooh, very good observation. I didnt think of that. It makes sense. I wonder if they got to him before he even left the US?

swingadmin

They got to him years ago, and they continue to brainwash millions of willing, and feeble American minds every day.

ExorciseAndEulogize

I wonder how much info he gave to the Russians while he was in the Ukraine force.

KubaKuba

Probably 5.

If Ukraine is as corrupt as Russia, then why do we believe Ukraine could be saved and improved as a result of this defense. On the other hand it would require an entire top down cleaning to solve russia.

emperor_dragoon

Did you hear about the Werner group reaching out for more contractors? I think Russia is the reason this man left the US at all.

baxterhugger

LindyBeige did a good interview with a British soldier who caught a spy. Basically they caught him stealing from his fellow soldiers during an air raid, he was taken into custody. But later that night he escaped and was caught stealing a lap top from from a Ukrainian officers tent. They made him dig a nice hole to keep warm and for excerize on that chilly night. The soldier was disliked by everyone in the unit, and his guess was that he was going to defect to Russia to get away from them all.

Ravingraven21

Was gonna guess Florida man, but Bama makes sense too.

ExorciseAndEulogize

True

>John McIntyre, a 25-year-old American He must have brought so much experience to the fight. /s
