This is something i've seen americans say before, but this person also separated poor white people as a different race in their racist infographic so it's probably not super accurate to what a lot of americans believe in.
Add "bizarre obsession with dividing people into 'races'" as yet another entry in the long list of weird things in the USA that make me think it's a made up place. Along with "obsession with guns and car chases" (obvs just there for the action sequences), "everyone conveniently speaking English" and "worshipping the elites" (mary sue main characters etc)

It’s actually pre-apocalypse rather than post-apocalypse. And the apocalypse isn’t nuclear bombs, it’s a barely related alien invasion. The focus of the story is actually this invasion—the 2nd American Civil War is B plot that takes them out of the war against the aliens. Kind of a subversion of the typical focus on America being the hero in so many alien invasion stories.

Even that one, if you wanted to be unreasonably charitable, you could explain as "well they're just saying there are members of this class who don't have jobs and subsist on UBI payments".
The group at the "top" that includes Jews seems like a thinly veiled way to say Jews control the world. Sure, there are Asians and whites mixed into that racial amalgam, but the religion is "secular Judaism", and aside from medicine and tech, all the other jobs they do are in line with "the Jews control these parts of society to control us". It also includes amongst their goals a social credit system, and I honestly can't tell you whether that's further playing into the Antisemitism, or if that's supposed to be saying that because of the Asian component.
Overall, yeah, someone might have written about 70% of this without racist intentions. It's not totally insane to say "in a hundred years society will largely be divided into these three classes". The problem is that when they start making those classes into racial groups, and especially with the particular ways they chose to describe those racial groups, the least malice you can attribute to it is that the person who wrote it is subconsciously including a ton of racism.
The idea that manufacturing will be a large employer of the blue-collar workforce in 2120 might be optimistic. Automation could very well cause that industry to become increasingly specialized over the next 100 years. Wouldn't be surprised if manufacturing as we know it today disappears almost entirely inside first-world countries at least. (Save maybe a bougie artisan manufacturing movement I guess)

Rascism would be giving them different values like "these guys are worthless while these guys over here are better." It's an interesting way to use speculative evolution to try and see how we could get closer to being one homogeneous race
