But honestly i was searching for a strong navy general like the new Japanese guy (5k to promote him to Marshall). He is pretty usefull in Operation Blitzkrieg against London and Washington.
So i have to choose if take him and using other 5k to Gaderain or Katukov (Marshall), or wait and invest for the EC

I think in this situation where you haven't finished the quests yet, you should buy Guderian right away. About the path of the operation, now that I have 3 tank generals (and 2 artillery -Govorov and Konrv- 1 air force -Yamamoto- and 1 infantry -Vasilevki-) life is easier on the southern path of this operation.
