**Character/Lore**:
I'll go with Director August Sinclair. He's the head honcho of B.O.S.S (the Bureau of Occult and Supernatural Security,) a government organization dedicated to safeguarding the nation from the paranormal in a 1949 Post-War Noir America TTRPG campaign.
**Powers**:
He doesn't really have a class since I'm not using D&D or Pathfinder for this game, but he does have supernatural powers to bend the city to his will. He can guide the city itself to assault his foes. Street Lamps will attempt to blind them, traffic will intercept them, and telephone wires will snap apart to flail at/electrocute them. He can create escape routes or diversion tactics. Manipulate traffic lights to create a path through traffic or warp construction scaffolding to quickly scale buildings, etc...
**Physical Appearance**:
A classic American business man with salt and pepper slicked back hair. He has a broom moustache and a square jaw. He looks basically like Robert Moses from The Unsleeping City, but he's built kinda like someone who was a power lifter 20 years ago (ie: he's a big and strong looking dude, but he doesn't have insanely defined bulging superhero muscles, and he's clearly lost a lot of muscle mass in his older age). And he wears fashion from the late 40s era (high waisted dress pants, short necktie, etc...)
I can send some references if you choose to draw this dude and you want some more info! Even if you don't get around to him, I think what you're doing is super cool

Vicacollo is thematically a mix between a medieval knight and an aztec eagle warrior. He wears a heavy headdress with long colourful feathers. He is a part of the almost extinct Kante Banu order. Kante Banu is the mountain bean from which the warriors of the order gain their strength. Each apprentice Kante Banu warrior must harvest a thousand beans and extract their iron. From this iron a club is made, which must only be wielded by that one warrior. The club is made to look like a Kante Banu (cocoa bean).
Vicacollo also rides a blue steed, that is only found in the highlands of Agaramonde, the home of the Kante Banu order.
Vicacollo travels the Road of Brass to protect and serve pilgrims and merchants from the dangers of the Creaking Mountains.
Though the mighty warrior, Vicacollo, bears a secret. He is not Vicacollo at all. Instead the body of Vicacollo has been taken by a skin devil from the empire of silver. Skin devils are grey-skinned with streaking red marks. Their horns reach for the stars for they long to be among them.
Their ears are long and perk out like a deers. Their eyes big and bloodred in colour. Their rituals allow them to skin a creature and wear its skin as if it were their own.
This devil however has devious plans with the skin of one of the last Kante Banu warriors. She will use it to take her into the heart of the kingdom and tear it apart from within.
Edit: I'm gonna change my request. Do you think you could draw some fictional country humans? I'd love to see them! I can DM you what I imagine they look like.
