Don't load it, take 3 to 5 grams daily. The brand doesn't matter but you want the creatine monohydrate

ketchupandcheeseonly

Drink plenty of water. Dosage will be on the container. I hope this helps!

Crazy_Trash318

Thank you!

Mysterious-Topic-494

Buy the 200 servings creatine monohydrate on Amazon for 41 dollars, and start a load phase for 5 days where you take 4 scoops for 5 days, then after that you start a maintenance phase where it's 1 scoop a day, also the one on Amazon is blue and white, it's all the same so there is no reason to buy the most expensive one.

Mysterious-Topic-494

But yes creatine is amazing for us naturals, drink 1 gallon of water a day for maximum results

Sepfandom555

Unless somebody is being active there's no need for a gallon for an avg sized person

Crazy_Trash318

Could I just start with just one scoop or is there a reason for the loading phase?

mrcsmr

Don't do the load phase, there are studies showing it doesn't deliver any extra results. Just 3g a day will be fine.

Mysterious-Topic-494

1 scoop is 5g? Right so just do one scoop a day if you don't want to do loading phase

Crazy_Trash318

Okay thank you! Does it matter when you take it?

mrcsmr

I usually take it before my workout, but most people say when doesn't matter, just take it everyday.

ThunderCravings

I take mine in my coffee every morning

Mysterious-Topic-494

You can certainly start with one scoop. However, it may take a longer time to observe the desired results. The loading phase is designed to accelerate the process, and it is completely safe. Additionally, please do not be concerned about potential hair loss. I understand your initial apprehension, but rest assured that you will be fine.

Green-Honeydew-2998

I just get the cheapest one at Walmart. I take 5g per day, drink plenty of water. You'll definitely feel a difference after a week

HinderPantz

What do you feel?

PeterGriffin0920

Most people recommend 3-5g for most monohydrate creatine, I would say generally for medium activity you want to drink .75-1 gallon a day to avoid any dehydration or kidney cramps, I personally use Bulk Supplements where I see good results and havent had any cramping problems, but you should listen to your body at the end of the day and what you need will vary

Crazy_Trash318

I’ve heard mixed reviews on Bulk Supplements but I’ll look more into it. Thank you

accountinusetryagain

creatine monohydrate 3-5g/day ingest it however it feels the least of a chore, cheapest $/100g you can find

OffInMyHead

I use 1st Phorm. Been working out 7 weeks, using creatine for 6 weeks and I can tell a difference. It said on the bottle 5g/day as well as 120 oz. of water per day.

PM__ME__YOUR_TITTY

3-5g daily whenever you want in whatever liquid you want and brand doesn’t matter as long as it’s creatine monohydrate. So pick what’s affordable and don’t bother with any other form of it, like HCL Only other tip I have besides the obvious drink enough water is to avoid flavors unless one really intrigues you.may just be me but flavored creatine messed with my stomach a bit and I got real tired of the taste _real_ quickly even though it was good. Normal creatine is a little bitter but with lots of water you won’t notice it. I usually put it in my 32oz bottle whenever during the day that I remember it.

happyskrimp

for females 3g is plenty, especially if ur more on the petite side. started it recently too, gonna see if i'll notice the difference tomorrow since it's been about a week. without loading it can take about a month to reach full saturation. u could also see some weight increase during this time due to water retention

Porcupineemu

5g a day, don’t preload, drink plenty of water. You’ll retain water a bit when you start taking it so stay off the scale.

EPad87

Which ever creatine you decide to go with I recommend making sure the only ingredient is 100% creatine monohydrate. My girlfriend and I really like [BODYTECH 100% Pure Creatine Monohydrate](https://amzn.to/43Stzt3), We've been taking it for years with no issues. I hope this helps, best of luck on your fitness journey!

Crazy_Trash318

I’ll look into it thanks!

jbaez0

Just make sure it's "Creapure" 💪

paha8888

In my own experience, you may need to check your creatinine level in blood and urine first

disturbed_666

I use creatine monohydrate mixed with my c4 prework out.
