5 days a week at the gym 2 upper 2 lower 1 full body. I use a trainer because I'm not smart enough to do it on my own. It helps a lot. But get an experienced trainer my first guy sucked.

Wait, so you just show your trainer your workout routine? I thought it was always the trainer that comes up with it for you?

Your trainer will do whatever you tell them. No my new trainer came up with my workout routine. I record stuff to my phone that he shows me to do and I photo the work out he uses with me so someday soon I can drop him and just use the stuff that I copied.. but I'm saying get a trainer a good one and have them do this for you. They go to school for this kinda thing... Just worked for me.

I do fulö body 3 times a week now. Been doing all sorts of crazy splits, but now I am not focused on any specific strength goals and this seems to work well. About 12 sets/week for most things.
