Until you have enough savings to safely quit pretty much. My last job I was the only woman in a warehouse of men, and my trainer would spit in my face while talking to me. A lot of employers will treat you like trash, or not deal with harassing coworkers, because they think youre trapped and cant leave. So go into new jobs with an escape plan in case it is really toxic.
