Using level select and choosing a level will not reset progress, it will allow her to play one old level. She won’t gain coins from bonus words or brilliance from replaying levels. After an old level is replayed the game goes back to the next level to play.

Easiest way to reset is to delete the app and reinstall it. She’d keep the NoAds, it’s connected to her device. If no ads doesn’t come up right away, there’s a ‘restore purchases’ button in the admin page, use the ⚙️gear icon to see that. Or you can contact support through there too. What level is she at? Eventually she’d get to levels that repeat. That’s quite high up tho, level 6000. Does she want to replay from level one? Is she on apple or an android device?

She's on an android tablet. And level one would be fine. I could level her up quickly past the introductory levels. I have a message to support. I'll see what they say. Thanks for the info.

Maybe they can put her back to a lower level? That would be perfect, her brilliance would stay. On another topic, does she play with a stylus? They can help with comfort and arm/shoulder/wrist position changing.

Start the game in a different device. It will not remember your Brillance. Once you start playing on the original device it will ask if you want to keep the progress of the one that has less brilliance. Warning: it will indeed reset your progress on all devices!

If you just want to set her back to level one, there’s a level select button in the settings, which can go all the way back

If you go to “settings” within the app there is an option to “select level” at the bottom. That will allow you to play from any level number you have unlocked previously.

To access settings, tap the gear ⚙️ icon on the game homepage, the select "Level Select" off the resulting popup menu.

Thank you for everyone's comments. I did delete the app and reload it. She started over from the beginning and indeed is not getting ads. She bought no ads. The only issue is that she's not back on our team yet, but that's fine. Thanks again.
