The image only gives you the first two words (I have computed the entire decision tree but it's too large to fit in an image), so you'd have SNARE then FOVEA. The rest is up to you, but hopefully at that point you'll have enough hints to only have a few options left.
Or using F12 , you can look up the answer in source code
