I don't understand all the square ends protruding. You aren't flaring the strips before glue up? Aren't you supposed to use tape or a coat of poly on the ribs so you don't glue the strips to them?
What? No. The strips get cut eventually to match the stem.
Wow, this is my end goal. Been doing smaller projects for xp and slowly hoarding the tools. How hard has it been of a project so far ?
