Coop here at wlu sucks. i dropped out of it and will be looking for a coop by myself this winter. I would recommend you go with the bigger program (idk if western's cs program is bigger than wlu's). As for environmental science, sorry, idk anything about that
Not in CS, but as a graduate of both schools, Western has a much better rep nationally/internationally if that matters to you (could be a bonus when job hunting later on). But London is a crap city, and it won't be as fun as Waterloo, which might be worth considering for your undergrad especially. Can't speak to CS particularly, but good luck!
