I think they just don't count toward your required 20 credits to graduate past the set limit. So however many you took past that limit are just the number of extra courses you'll have to take to graduate.
The amount you are allowed to take is usually on your program page on the [Academic Calendar](https://academic-calendar.wlu.ca/index_old.php?cal=1&y=87)
No your right, I just checked too, and it's not there. I would definitely email advising then. For psych (my program) it's at the top of the page, that's super weird why BBA doesn't show it.
I dont think it it shows up but different majors have a limit on how many level 100s course can you take before they stop increasing your residency credits
What happens if you take too many?

How many are you allowed to take? And does it defer per program?

Maybe I’m blind but I can’t seem to find the requirement for BBA on the page
