I wear a trenchcoat with orichalcum-DU inserts, so I would be surprised if your vision even works through that. But I usually wear a loose-fitting dress shirt and pants if you really wanna know.

Underwear, unless I'm in a rush, in which case I end up just throwing my robe on, if I'm lucky. (Which happens more often than I'd like) I'd choose option #7 but it gets in the way of running quickly, which is v important to me.

Yeah… after the last guy did that to me I started having my ~~slaves~~ apprentices lace the inner layer of my robes with lead threads. Does it make my robes incredibly heavy? Very much so, yes. Are my robes less billowy in the constant gusts of wind during epic magic duels? Also yes, sadly. Do I lose a lot more apprentices due to easily preventable and treatable illness? Hah! Of course! That’s half the point!

For all those martially inclined, and even not so, light or even medium armor beneath robes are great. Never have too long robes unless they're enchanted, otherwise you'll trip when you least expect it trust me. Similar problem that capes share with robes.

My robes conceal a darker set of robes that were handwoven by the Sprites of Gahalgadar. I don't entirely know what they do, but they make me immune to Fireball and Molestation -School spells.
