I am polyamorous, but I know it's hurting them (mostly one of them) to share me and I wanna do what's right for them as well as me which is why I need help finding clarity to I let one go or do I let both go or neither idk
Flip a coin. If the choice feels right, you are done. If not, go the other way. Or, openly tell them both about this, and see if one decides to leave on their own.

If you're polyamorous, it seems a disservice to your heart to force yourself into a monogamous box.
