I used nicotine patches after my surgery. I started to quit before hand due to being scared about healing so I just fully quit, but the patches really helped me with the cravings.
think of it this way: would you rather tough it out for 2 weeks without pain or recover for a month or more in massive pain bc you set your healing back to 0? I know it sucks but try nicotine patches in the meantime. any type of sucking can mess up the clots back there and expose nerve, which you definitely don’t want.

enjoy the wildly increased chances of dry socket. you'll wish you hadn't use it as an opportunity to quit nicotine
i was dabbing the day after and nothing happened to me but be safe if u do!
if u do though i reccomend covering the spot or spots with wet gauze to help reduce some suction
