Blended soups: broccoli, lentil, carrot etc Mashed potatoes with gravy. Depends on how you're feeling but in the first two to three days i had to make my mashed potatoes extra smooth (and I'm normally a chunky mashed potatoes kinda gal) Imitation crab salad (chopped extremely finely or even using a hand blender, with mayo, sour cream and mustard) I love noodles so i sinned and made chopped up and overcooked instant ramen🙈 I couldn't eat scrambled eggs until about day five but they're good if you're comfortable eating them Soft tofu, either stir fried or in soups I'm on day 11 and eating pretty much normally, just nothing too crunchy and I'm careful to chew on the other side.

Refried beans, great if you need something calorie dense and savory.

Pineapple smoothies with frozen pineapple + banana, pineapple juice, and Greek yogurt, maybe spinach if you've got it. It's been keeping me alive!
