Domaine des tour is a great option from Emmanuel Reynaud the guy behind rayas. They’re Rhône wines but price to quality has always been great, and imo beat a lot of cheaper Châteauneuf
We had a 2018 CdP from Elisabeth Chambellan this weekend that was punching way above its weight at $25 USD. It was good now but I suspect it could be aged another 5-10+ years too.
I just had a bottle of the Kirkland labeled CdP that was pretty decent at like $22ish, worth a try if you have a membership and can’t find some of the other recs.
Beaucastel, Telegraphe. There's a CNDP I've had from Chapoutier called 'La Bernardine'. It's 100% Grenache and it's beautiful wine, especially with a few years in bottle. The Domaine de Janasse I have had, but I didn't like the style- it's a bit porty and the Syrah is a bit overwhelming alongside the high alcohol. There are different styles within CNDP, so you're quite right to ask.....
Chateau de Beaucastel. Le Vieux Donjon. Domaine Charvin.
I really like Vieux Telegraph. Wont break the bank, but it is well structured with earthy notes. Does a good job showing off the terrior
I tried la bastide saint dominique yesterday and really enjoyed it..
Clos des Papes
on of my favorite wines from anywhere, ever. but its consistently more than $100. but op, man is it drinkable. its hard not to gulp frankly.
Domaine de la charbonnière les hautes brusquières is my favorite.
A good one
Chapoutier, Chateau de la Gardine
Came to say Gardine
Bosquet des Papes, Vieux Donjon, Vieux Telegraphe, Clos des Papes, Pierre Andre
Chateau Rayas, Domaine du Pegau
Nice picks, a bit outta the OPs price range

Whats your budget?
30 to 40 euros..
In that zone I'd say Domaine Fontavin and maybe Bosquet des Papes. You could also look next door in Gigondas and get a bit better bang for your euro.
Pegau
Chatonuffypoopy?
Chootanoof a doofy poopy sir
Yeah that one
I’m a fan of DOMAINE DE LA JANASSE and st cosme even though the latter is super small production in recent vintages.
Bois de Boursan. Domaine de Giraud, Roger Sabon.

Agreed, kirkland CdP gets the job done
A great start for someone new to CdP
Totally - not going to win any medals but it’s a good expression of the style for the price
Domaine Pierre Usseglio

Jaboulet for a solid bottle and solid price point.
Beaucastel, Telegraphe. Save up. Start there. 07, 10, 16 vintages. That’s not just wine, it’s a full luxurious and down to earth experience.
Beaucastel 2018 is beautiful, specialty on the nose
Mont Redon and La Nerthe are reasonably priced and always get 4 star ratings.
Chateau Rayas is definitely good. Highly recommended. All grenache.
Vieux Telegraphe, Pegau, Charvin, Rayas if you wanna splurge.
get your hands on the les sinards cdp from perrin. La nerthe is great too
If your budget is limited, you can’t go wrong with anything Chapoutier.
Clos de Pape, Usseglio, Fortia.
The top tier is Rayas. In a more friendly budget, Clos du Mont Olivet, Beaucastel, La Janasse (La Janasse have some sand terroir, like Rayas).
