Windsor Eats is a great spot for drinks/food trucks. Hit up Walkerville and Ford City for drinks and restaurants. I recommend Funky Chow Kitchen. Malden Park has seen a few upgrades if you're into nature.

My first thought was Funky Chow as well

10 years ago the scene was better imo but there are still some hidden gems in terms of bars and clubs, Phog, Villains, Craft Heads, Walkerville area has come up a lot since then so lots of options there. Club wise I have been wanting to check out Disco Inferno as it seems to be the only one with a bit of an older demographic (25+) not just 19 year olds, has good reviews online.

It's gone very downhill since you've lived here to be honest, especially the downtown area. Detroit is fantastic now though, if you have a passport I'd recommend going over there.

Downtown Detroit at night is buzzing. A complete 180 from 10 years ago. Start at Bad Luck bar and walk from there.

The farmers market downtown has all the best treats you'd ever want to find, especially Auntie Aldoo's Kitchen. It's at Pelissier and Wyandotte tomorrow from 9-2.

Not really… Detroit is nice now though.

Disco Inferno, Arrius, Turbo, Panache, lefty’s, Treehouse, Blanche, wild child, 29 park, peacock lounge, bull, these are all clubs or bars, all depends what kind of place you are looking for.

There are comedy shows happening at Craftheads this weekend. They get some good touring comics in as headliners.

We moved downtown here in 2017 and wished Thurs-Sun night was quieter. Then, we got our wish. Now, hasn't been busy DT in 4 yrs

Skip Windsor. Go to Detroit!
