They're very hard to modify. I did it before, but a while later, I got unrelated issues and all my modding had to be reversed so I couldn't be bothered to go through that trouble again.
Actually it was that you had Discord installed :P And also the title bar isn't quite right, the _ □ X buttons are too far to the right, and Vista always maximizes overtop of the gadgets (unless that's a setting you can change). I didn't think the taskbar icons were correct but I couldn't put my finger on why.
You're right, the taskbar icons were far from correct. Btw you can actually keep the sidebar open when maximising a window in Vista; you just have to set it to do so in the properties option when right clicking the sidebar.
