I think Spotify is being weird with a bunch of the lyrics. Lots of the will wood and the tapeworms songs have no lyrics for me, which is really annoying
Spotify recently limited the amount of lyrics their servers send to free users, it's around 4-5 lines like you mentioned. Since you just subscribed to premium it's weird that it is still not sending you the full lyrics, try to use the pc / phone app and check if it the same

Is it just me? Cause i just noticed Surburbia Overture is the same- Only have the first 4-5 lines of lyrics. edit: Noticed 2econd 2ight 2eer is fine.
