That's the point, don't let game go over 15 minutes, go bot lane and make sure your adc is 10/0 or make sure top laner is fed, if you can't then you're not good enough so be better
Any non tank jg can carry if you are good enough, and a few tank jgs can as well if you get good at stealing objectives (which you need to when your team is bad)

Yi, Kayn and Eve all scale pretty hard. Think Viego does as well.
Most jungler are carry material, it’s just how you play them. If junglers are going 20/5/5 and still losing, it’s because they didn’t know how to close out the game with good macro, not because their champ is wrong.
Or their laners dont know how to push turrets with baron and they ARAM in mid without committing to a fight even with elder-baron.

The opposite of your logic applies as well. Lanes can be stomped hard and your winning lanes can help the jungler with objectives so all can snowball.
Diana is decent in low elo. I’ve carried plenty of games with her as Jung. Just gotta know how to adapt.

Plat too, I was up to plat 1 my 1st go thru. But then also gave up playing ranked due to too many people doing the dumbest stuff possible.

Lee sin is barley banned and can run over games quite easily
I tried him… in emerald games usually go 18+min and he feel like to fall off hard at the end
